Man kills mother, two sisters in zamfara

A High Court in Gusau, Zamfara State, has sentenced one Kamal Yusuf to death by hanging for killing his mother and two sisters. 

Kamal was arraigned before the court by the Zamfara State government alongside two others, Armayau  Shehu and Caleb Humphrey on a three-count charge. 

The third accused, Caleb Humphrey, died in prison while awaiting trial. 

Delivering the judgment, the Chief Judge of the state, Justice Kulu Aliyu, sentenced Kamal to death by hanging, while the second accused person, Armayau Shehu, was discharged and acquitted. 

The judgment could be appealed within 90 days.
