Lagos Lawyer Drags President Buhari to Court over Non-Submission of WAEC Certificate

 

A Lagos lawyer, Itsede Okhai has dragged President Buhari to court over his non-submission of his certificate to INEC. 

The suit was filed at the Lagos High court.
